ClearPayout is a commercial SaaS that drafts and posts QuickBooks Online journal entries from marketplace payouts. By using the site or the app you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide software and integrations. We are not your accountant, bookkeeper, or tax advisor. You remain responsible for the accuracy of accounts, tax filings, and marketplace compliance. The demo uses fixture data and must not be treated as live books.
Subscriptions
Starter, Growth, and Pro are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Fees are listed in USD. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal. Trials convert unless you cancel. We do not offer inventory, WMS, QuickBooks Desktop, or per-order bookkeeping.
Your data and credentials
You grant us a limited license to process settlement files and OAuth tokens solely to provide the service. You must not upload credentials you are not authorized to use. Production channel apps require your own Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Intuit developer accounts.
Acceptable use
No scraping of other merchants’ data, no resale of the API without a written agreement, and no use of the service to conceal marketplace policy violations.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits, incorrect tax positions, or marketplace account actions. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
